Article Title
Rev B.7 and below MX Analog Main Card and MX Analog Options Card may experience static on ONS or LS circuits - MX SYSTEMS ONLY
Publish Date
May-24-2005

Body/Solutions
There is a very low percentage of sites that will experience this condition: sites using Analog Option Card (50003725) to add 6 additional LS trunks or ONS ports to the system.
Inbound/Outbound LS calls to IP/Analog Sets may experience static when using trunks 6 and 7 at the same time. Similarly, ONS calls to IP/Analog sets may experience static when circuits 2 and 4 are both in use.
This issue is specific to:
50003724 Analogue Main Card – Look for the CCA P/N 56005264RB Rev B.7 and below (if the CCA Rev indicates Rev B.8 the Analogue Main Card will already have the modification and does not need replacement).
50003725 Analogue Option Card – Look for the CCA P/N 56005478RB Rev B.7 and below (if the CCA Rev label indicates Rev B.8 the Analogue Option Card will already have the modification and does not need replacement).

Note: Two revision stickers will be present on a B.8 AMB\AOB board, an orange and a blue sticker. The blue revision sticker will reflect the B.8 and should be the only revision sticker referenced. The Orange label is for card layout. Revision reference on Mitel packaging will reference the orange sticker, and will have no relevance to the B revision level contents. Always refer to the blue label when checking the card level.
