The CD BAR upgrade package that was previously available to the SX-200 EL/ML is now available to the SX-200 ICP Release 2.0.
Diskettes must be sent to Mitel for conversion to an EL database. The file must then be loaded onto an EL system that is running Q41 or higher.
After the database is restored, (it is not necessary to have a MOSS password for this step), when the EL system boots up, perform a Kermit backup and use that Kermit backup as the restore file to the SX-200 ICP Release 2.0.
Note: If the original file sent from Mitel is used, the SX-200 ICP will not boot, nor will a backup of an EL/ML lower than Q41 be successful. |
