| CO trunks that are programmed as CO Line keys on sets have the ability to reroute to a given destination based on the entry in form 19. The routing is based on the destination of the CO Line Routing Points On No Answer in form 19. The tenant is based on the tenant of the trunk, and the timer controlling the ring duration is the Att. Timed recall No Answer [class of service option 115] in the trunks' COS. The timer is adjustable from 5- 240 secs. |
