| Call forwarding destinations for sets may seem to change on their own. If the affected set has a YA account associated with it, when YA is launched the YA server will reset the forwarding on the desk phone to what has been programmed in the YA server. The YA server has a global setting for call forwarding, and uses it when a YA client logs in. Ensure the call forwarding destination in YA server is the correct setting. |
