Description/Symptoms
The DTMF On and Off timers in form 4 (Options 69 and 70) are not used on the 200 ICP.

Body/Solutions
Instead, it uses the DTMF generators in the DSP.
The DTMF On and Off timers are defaulted at 75ms on and 75ms off.
