Issue: Voice Mail ports revert to primary greeting after a system reset.
The embedded voice mail ports on the SX-200 ICP are able to have different greetings assigned as the default greeting played when a trunk call is answered. If the greetings are assigned to the ports using the TUI via the administrator's mailbox, all ports will revert to the primary greeting set after a system reboot.
To permanently assign greeting sets to ports, define the desired greetings to be used in the options menu of form 17. All ports will use the defined set in their respective hunt groups. The default setting is the primary greeting (1). Any port not in a hunt group will also use the primary greeting set. |
