Tenanted Express Messenger not playing appropriate Day/Night greeting

Description/Symptoms
When the Express Messenger card or the Embedded voicemail is used in a tenanted application the appropriate day/night greeting may not be played. When two tenants are in place, and tenant 1 is in Night1 service and tenant 2 switches their service into Day service the Night greeting will still be played for
tenant 2. When tenant 1 switches their service over into Day service, then and only then will both tenants hear the day greeting. The vmail uses the night service status of the first port. So which ever tenant has the first port will control the greeting of the mail.

Body/Solutions
The only current work around at the present time is to ensure all the tenants switch into the appropriate service at the same time. For SX-200EL/ML and SX200MX users it may be necessary to install a additional Mitel Express Messenger card to support another tenant. in a tenanted application.
