Description/Symptoms
When the voice mail system attempts to deliver a message to a user by calling their telephone, the voice mail does not say anything after the user has answered.

Body/Solutions
When the recipient of the voice mail receives the page from the voice mail system, and answers the call, they must clearly answer with an audible greeting or the voice mail system will not respond. If successful, the voice mail will answer with "Please enter your passcode ...". This means that sound quality is paramount, and this service may not be available to cellular phones in all areas.
