Description/Symptoms
IMAT serial connections will fail with Windows XP operating system.

Body/Solutions
Connecting to a PRI card via a serial connection from a PC running Windows XP will fail due to the removal of script file support by Microsoft. Connecting to a PRI card via an ethernet connection is the alternative, but the following prerequisites must be met:
    • version of IMAT must be 7.3.0.10
    • PRI card software version must be a minimum of 8.2.
