When describing the problems, every effort is made to outline the problem, and describe specific configurations giving the cause, the potential impact of the problem, and any known workarounds that may alleviate the effects.

We target to address these problems in a "Future Software Release" as shown in the schedule below. These dates are subject to change without notice. The problem listing and descriptions are, to the best of Mitel's knowledge, accurate at the time of writing, however Mitel can assume no responsibility for problems not listed or reported problems which have unforeseen consequences. MN00079378 Spectralink Fail to get button definition from 200 ICP.

SYMPTOMS
Spectralink Phone fails to get button definitions from the 200 ICP, if one of the buttons is programmed as a CO Line Key and the key was busy during the Spectralink phone boot up.
- all keys must be idle in order for the Spectralink Phone to get the button definition information

MN00084922 Delayed audio connection on incoming LS trunks

SYMPTOMS
Incoming LS calls answered at attendant position using IP Set, external party hears delayed audio cut through.

MN00090210 Unified Messaging header info is wrong with no ANI.

SYMPTOMS
Unified messaging. If a caller leaves a message for a unified user where the incoming call provided no ANI to the ICP, EMEM will choose the first username alphabetically from Form 50, and use the first username in Form 50 when sending the e-mail to the wrong end user.

MN00094453 Mitai: Call ID of Multiline on 200 ICP

SYMPTOMS
Problem with a second incoming call on a multicall set on the 200ICP. The problem is the Mitai call ID for the new incoming call is the same as the call already established. This confuses the application that is expecting each call to have a different Caller ID. Problem occurs on release 2.2.0.8 and 2.3.0.6.

SYMPTOMS
When talking on an IP set in a noisy environment, the background noise will cause residual echo and some double talk.

SYMPTOMS
The trunk table in the Outgoing CPN table is no longer available with 7.5.1.2 IMAT software. This table is used to modify the outgoing CPN for individual links. If NSU is upgraded to 1.5.2.12 NSU Software, IMAT 7.3.0.10 will not be able to communicate and program this table for per link CPN. Need table access added back into the NSU software and ability to program table via IMAT.

MN00096590 Disa call over IP trunk does not return dial tone.

Incoming IP trunk call matches the DISA code and does not return dial tone to caller.

SYMPTOMS
User calling across IP trunks to a phone that is call forwarded to a private speedcall entry, the private speedcall (cell) number is displayed on the calling parties extension.

Incoming PRI call that is answered by embedded voice mail and then transfered does not initiate discriminating ringing to indicate external caller.

MN00104420 Mailbox keys have to have TDM licenses or they do not work

SYMPTOMS
If you are using a Mailbox key, the phone must be programmed on a bay/slot/circuit in the system and will take a TDM license.

SYMPTOMS
Kermit backup fails to restore on MX/CX, backup via kermit works but restore fails.

Use FTP backup and restore for database backup.

MN00105899 DND forward from ONS device plays name and personal greeting

SYMPTOMS
Callers sent to embedded voicemail from DND hear both name and personal greeting when it comes from a Single Line device.

MN00106206 Outgoing calls fail because lists will not bypass empty trunk group

SYMPTOMS
When a outgoing ARS route is pointed to a list and the first choice in the list does not have a trunk in it, the call does not jump to the next choice.

WORKAROUND
Remove empty route from ARS listas first choice.

Intermittantly on incoming LS calls, the outside party misses the first few words of the attendant greeting.
The internal party hears a click, then silence, then audio cut through.

MN00107879 MyAdmin fails to connect after attempting to download form 50

SYMPTOMS
MyAdmin attempts to download form 50 which contains 200 mailboxes, the download is aborted and the connection terminated.

MN00108424 The French holiday message is incorrect for Christmas.

SYMPTOMS
The Holiday message for Christmas says Bonnes Fetes. Translates to Happy Christmas.

MN00108445 Cannot change spine bay to perbay on EL to ICP db conversion.

SYMPTOMS
EL DB that is restored to an ICP cannot change the bay type to get rid of the Spine

MN00109273 Call drops if transfered to incomplete DN by console

SYMPTOMS
LS (AMB) calls that are answered at console when transfered to incomplete DN and then released, the trunk call is dropped. Console should get message indicating wrong number.

MN00109790 DSCONS Printer port does not work

MN00111490 5207s reset if voice encryption is enabled

SYMPTOMS
Power reset log is seen for ports connected to 5207 with IP Set Voice Encryption enabled in System Options - Form 4. 5207 may experience reset during handset or handsfree conversion.

WORKAROUND
Disable option 16 " IP Set Voice Encryption" in System Options Form 4.

MN00111524 Trap 13 @ 00302E3A in sx-200 ICP

MN00112521 T1 DID/LOOP Tie descriptor corrupted after upgrade to Rel 3.0

SYMPTOMS
System was running on Release 2.2. After a flash upgrade to 3.0 the T1 could not be seized.
An initial install/db restore results in same issue. T1 trunks could not be accessed until a new form 13 descriptor was created( as T1 E&M) and resolved the issue.

WORKAROUND
Create a T1 E&M descriptor and assign it in form 15.

MN00113190 Cannot access form 50 error code 9

SYMPTOMS
Cannot access form 50 due to duplicate mailboxes. System responds with error 9

WORKAROUND
The current work around from port 2002 enter
master_list(0,0)
This will generate a list of all the mailboxes, user must then go through the list and identify any duplicate mailboxes. The user should then access the systemfrom the admin mailbox and delete 1 of the duplicate mailboxes.

MN00113380 Headset users get dial tone after placing call on hold

SYMPTOMS
With the new feature for automatic line select for CO line keys, headset users get dial tone when placing a call on hold. This is caused by the fact they have POG or multi key on there set.

WORKAROUND

MN00113557 IP trunks are sending out trunk names or trunk group names to remote PBX

SYMPTOMS
The phones are showing the trunk names instead of calling number across IP trunks.

SYMPTOMS
System cannot make station or trunk calls, [all calls are blocked}, form 30 is wiped clean with no *.


WORKAROUND
Restore medium database backup and system worked without any issues.
