Description/Symptoms
If you are using the 5220 dual mode phone with 5422 PKM modules, the minimum supported hardware rev for the PKM module is B7. If you are not using hardware rev B7, you may notice the following problems:

In Rel 5.0.5.5:

    • one way audio when using speakerphone (mic will not transmit)
After upgrading to:
Rel 5.1 UR1
    • Dual mode 5220 phones will not boot and will show "INIT ERROR PKM INFO INCOMPATIBLE" error
Rel 5.1 UR2:
    • Dual mode 5220 phones will not boot and will show "NO INIT ERROR PKM CARD INCOMPATIBLE" error
